Kent Tavern to open in Ambrosia location at 850 College Avenue in Kentfield

Rumors are swirling that the old Ambrosia location at 850 College Avenue in Kentfield has been leased and will become Kent Tavern in late spring 2017, after big upgrades to the kitchen and  dining room. Next to Half Day Cafe and across from College of Marin, Kent Tavern is slated to be family friendly and serve upscale comfort food, including grilled items, seasonal vegetable sides, and flatbread pizzas. The restaurant will be influenced by West Marin’s feel and farm culture.

Kent Tavern will be owned by Dan Teree of Glen Arden Hospitality Group / Kent Restaurant Group. Dan previously was a co-founder of Ticketfly.
